This project involved the conversion of an existing warehouse into three luxury industrial-style townhouses, an underground basement, off-street parking, and a rooftop terrace.

The upmarket apartment block includes high-end finishes and fixtures with feature backlit onyx in each of the apartments and lobbies, a large central glass atrium extending over three floors featuring a glass lift, and a green wall. A large common rooftop terrace including a 10m glass-tiled pool with a separate spa overlooking the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge.
